STAINLESS DISC OIL SCRAPER

Waste oils (skids, hydraulics, etc.) accumulated in the coolant tank of machining units are deposited on the surface of the tank due to the difference in density. The formation of bacteria is accelerated in the coolant, which is in contact with air. This event, which reduces the lifetime of the coolant, is prevented by oil scrapers.

Description

  • The oil accumulated on the surface adheres to the rotating disc and is collected in the separation vessel thanks to special oil-resistant scrapers. 
  • It is completely separated from the coolant, which is found in a small amount of waste oil collected in the separation vessel, thanks to this container.

  • Disc diameter can be produced as Ø300 mm and Ø350 mm.
  • A timer is available as an option on the scraper.
  • There is a manual on-off button on the scraper.
  • The device and waste container are designed for easy installation.
  • The scraper can operate at 220 volts 50Hz.
  • Special production can be made in desired dimensions.
